2017 JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS
Beginning Junior Golf Clinics are designed to teach students the basic fundamentals of golf. These clinics are designed as an entry-level format and no prior experience is necessary, however clinics may also serve as refreshers for junior golfers who have been exposed to some instruction or have played the game before. Junior golfers will be taught the grip, stance, posture, and the basic skills of hitting a golf ball.
Beginning Junior Golf Clinics will be limited to a student/instructor ratio of 8 students to 1 instructor to insure a quality-teaching environment. Cost is $40.00.
Recommended ages of all Junior Golf Clinic attendees are 8-17 years of age but if junior golfers can take direction and handle a club in a safe manner the age limits can be wavered. And while some golf clubs are available for use, Junior Golf participants are encouraged to bring their own clubs if they have them.
All Junior Golf sessions are one hour for three days and are taught Tuesday thru Thursday with Friday reserved as make up days in the event of inclement weather. Make up days will not be held for any other reasons. Upon completion of a Junior Golf Clinic students will be given a bucket of balls to continue their advancement. Minimum clinic participation is two juniors. If less than two participants’, juniors will be moved to another session.
2017 JUNIOR GOLF CAMPS
Junior Golf Camps are designed for junior golfers who wish to advance beyond the beginning fundamentals of the game of golf and have already been exposed to the basic mechanics of the golf swing.
Junior Golf Camps begin on Tuesday and last four days. Sessions begin at 10:00 am and are four hours long with two hours of instruction and two hours of playing time with lunch served in between. Upon completion, junior golfers should have the fundamental skills to play and enjoy the game of golf.
Camps will be limited to 20 Campers. A student/instructor ration of 6-1 will be maintained at all camps. Junior Camp participants must be at least 8 years old, have access to a set of golf clubs, and completed at least one Junior Golf Clinic before they can enroll in a Junior Golf Camp. To maintain the highest quality of the learning experience there will be no exceptions without an Instructor’s approval.

Junior Golf Camps emphasize golf at a competitive level and will include instruction in: Course Management, Rules, and Etiquette on the golf course. Campers are expected to play on the golf course each day under competitive situations.
Cost is $120.00 per camper, which includes: a tee gift, golf ball, range balls, lunch, handouts, green fees, and 16 hours of supervised instruction from a PGA of America trained golf instructor.
